The MRPCZ has gone digital with registration of practitioners, generation of certificates , verification and approvals and all the processes of payment expected to be done digitally.
The MRPCZ has resorted to adopting smart technology to improve efficiency and also promote safe practices in the wake of the deadly Covid-19 pandemic.
With the rolling out of the system now at advanced stages followed by training of practitioners on the usage of the system, the MRPCZ wants to ensure that the easy of doing business is achieved as it is part of its Strategy (2021-2025) .
It will become a thing of the past for the practitioners to travel all the way from different provinces just to access the services.
Not only does the council use web-based platform to communicate with the practitioners and the public but the council also makes use WhatsApp based platform, Facebook, twitter and email so that it becomes so easy to access the council’s service.
